When Roberto De Vicenzo signed an incorrect scorecard at the 1968 Masters Tournament, it shocked the golf world. Now, over 5 decades later, it perhaps seems even more shocking than it did back then. De Vicenzo would never win another Major after that moment, and one has to wonder whether he had too much scar tissue from this life changing moment.
