Offered here is a rare full box of circa 1920s-30s Giles Golf Studs/Cleats. Back in the 1920s and 30s, there was not exactly a booming golf shoe market - they played in regular dress shoes. Soon enough, metal studs/cleats were invented for golfers to adhere into the bottom of their dress shoes to create a shoe with traction on the golf course - a precursor to the modern golf shoe!
