In this auction, Golden Age has partnered with Rocco Mediate to present "The Rocco Mediate Collection" of memorabilia and collectibles from throughout his career. Rocco was, and is, a fan favorite on the PGA Tour and PGA Tour Champions. During this long career, Rocco won 6 times on the PGA Tour and 4 times on the Champions Tour. Though already well known in golf circles, he became a household name, endearing himself to fans across the world, during his epic duel with Tiger Woods at the 2008 US Open at Torrey Pines. 

Offered here are Rocco Mediate's actual 2008 US Open Credentials and his used hat pins worn prominently by Rocco throughout his legendary playoff battle with Tiger Woods. Immediately after the 2008 US Open playoff, the USGA asked for Rocco's hat, which he happily gave them. The pins included in this lot are the exact pins from that hat worn during the 2008 US Open playoff.
