After Alan Shepard famously hit a golf ball on the moon - a Spalding golf ball - Spalding produced a ball to commemorate the historic event.
Offered here is the rare original dozen unused "moon balls" in their original counter display box. These balls were meant to be sold individually, and each of the dozen balls is mint in its original single ball box.
The ball itself is also gorgeous, and depicts Shepard along with the inscription "First Golf Ball On The Moon, Feb. 6, 1971".
