Here it is - the Black Label.
To most collectors, the elusive BGS Black Labels are the stuff of legend - akin to seeing Bigfoot or the Loch Ness Monster. BGS famously gives a 9.5 grade to cards given the lofty Gem Mint grade. Then a tiny fraction of cards receive a BGS 10 Pristine grade that happens with extreme infrequency. But yes, there is yet another level only reserved for the most flawless cards in the world - the BGS Black Label 10. BGS Black Labels are exceedingly rare. Only the most advanced collectors have ever even seen one in person.
Of the 29,733 examples of this Tiger Rookie Card currently in the Beckett population report, this is one of just 90 that have received the coveted Black Label. This represents .3% of all that have been submitted to BGS for grading.
So, without further ado, we are pleased to offer a scarce BGS Black Label Tiger Woods 2001 Upper Deck Rookie Card. A cornerstone piece for any Tiger Woods collection.
