Offered here is an unusual Scotty Cameron Tour Prototype made for former PGA Tour winner Greg Kraft. One of the rare putters that the studio has actually authenticated as made for a specific player-done only when Scotty specifically remembers making the putter; we think the KRAFTY name on the back in unmistakable.

Authenticated as a Studio Design Prototype, according to Vog, our resident Cameron expert, this putter actually predates the Studio Design series and likely was made around 1997-1998. The head is very similar to the Mizuno M-200 model, which Scotty had raw heads he used for Tour prototypes for several years after leaving Mizuno. He actually has 2 or 3 of this similar model in his personal collection; when he sees one he buys it!

Welded plumber's neck. Gorgeous oil can finish, very rare S. Cameron stamping. May have been refinished by Cameron prior to the restoration service due to the Minibox restoration shaft band. According to Vog, Minibox was one of Scotty's Japanese distributors and would send select putters back to Scotty to be refurbished. He believes Scotty personally worked on these himself in the 1990's and early 2000's and did something akin to a sympathetic restoration!

Condition: 9.5/10, includes Scotty Cameron headcover. 34".

Certificate of Authenticity from Scotty Cameron.
