What can be said about the 1934 Masters Program that hasn’t already been said? It has solidified its place as the most iconic artifact from the inaugural Masters Tournament, or, quite possibly, any Masters Tournament. If there ever was a golf collecting Hall of Fame, this program would be a unanimous first ballot inductee.
Current scholarship suggests that only 40 or so 1934 Programs still exist. Without disclosing inside information, a substantial majority of 1934 Masters Programs that have sold in recent years will likely never end up in the collector market again.
This 1934 Masters Program is being offered for the first time since our consignor acquired it approximately 3 decades ago.
The program is in good condition with writing on cover. Partial separation from the cover and the spine measuring 4 1/4". Otherwise a clean, visually appealing program.
