Vog says: I'm not sure this cover has an official name as it was sold only in the Encinitas Cameron Gallery and also in the Japanese Museum and Gallery (these covers are never sold in a bag). The Gallery-only releases have become some of the most popular Cameron covers made. A very limited number are made (no number is ever released) but it seems most of these have somewhere around 24-36 made, with typically 1 or 2 released each day.
