This lot consists of the iron walking stick fifth from the right, a dot punched face 34 1/2" iron walking stick with a metal tip at the end of the shaft. A caricature of Oliver Hardy is stamped on the back of the iron.
Oliver Hardy, a comedy legend, was half of the famous Laurel & Hardy comedy team. Between 1921 and 1950, Laurel & Hardy made over 100 comedies, many of them classics. The auctioneer does not have any documentation, but thinks chances could be high that this stick was made for the man himself.
The ball is for perspective only and is not included in this lot.
