Offered here is "Champagne" Tony Lema's actual final round scorecard from the 1958 Western Open, which was held at Red Run Golf Club in Detroit. This is an early career scorecard and signature from Lema, who was only 24 years old during this tournament. In fact, Lema did not receive his now-famous nickname "Champagne Tony" until 4 years later in 1962.  

Final Round scorecard from the 1958 Western Open. Playing partner was Cary Middlecoff. Champagne Tony shot a final round 75. Nice signatures by both Tony Lema and Cary Middlecof. Tony Lema passed away in a plane crash in 1966 at the age of 32, and remains one of the most popular golfers of his era.
