Offered here is a remarkable set of 3 original letters on Tom Morris Golf Shop letterhead from 1898 to 1901. Old Tom Morris was famously illiterate, so his personal and business correspondence was always done by his son JOF. All 3 of these original letters are in JOF Morris' handwriting, and are signed by him as well.

The content of these clubs is fantastic, and is a great glimpse of the Morris Golf Shop business at the turn of the century. JOF discusses orders for golf clubs, and related costs. And even discusses selling a customer a "Real Philp" from legendary clubmakrer Hugh Philp.

These letters were previously owned by Tom Morris biographer and Historian Peter Crabtree, and was part of his legendary collection.
