6 Masters Champions Signed Cards

   The Grand Slam Ventures card set is probably the most sought-after modern golf card set.  The set featured cards depicting the Masters Champion for each year the tournament was held.  The cards quickly became desired by Masters collectors and card collectors, not to mention autograph seekers.  Collectors tried to get as many signatures from living Masters winners as possible.

    Presented here is a great collection of 6 different autographed cards from the Grand Slam Ventures Set.  Of the players included - Nick Faldo, Berhard Langer, Art Wall, Bob Goalby, Seve Ballesteros and Gary Player - only Langer and Faldo play relatively frequently.  Additionally, Art Wall passed away in 2001 and is one of the more difficult signed cards to locate in this set.  Seve Ballesteros, who officially retired recently, is also frequently missing from most signed Grand Slam Ventures collections, probably due to his rare appearances at U.S. events.
