1980 Players Championship Money Clip

    Money Clips are given to players at each PGA Tournament, and have been highly sought-after by golf collectors for many years.  The market is flooded with replica money clips from golf tournaments, but this auction presents the rare opportunity to obtain some amazing, authentic money clips.

    Presented here is a rare player's money clip from the 1980 The Players Championship (then called the Tournament Players Championship), which was won by Lee Trevino.  This rare clip actually comes from before the tournament moved to TPC Sawgrass, as the 1980 Players Championship was played down the road at Sawgrass Country Club.
