Rare 1992 Masters Plate

        This is a very rare Augusta National Golf Club member's gift. Augusta National Golf Club gave each of its members 2 plates a year from 1992 to 1997. Each plate was numbered and display the year they were produced. Since these plates were only given to Augusta National members, very few have been offered at auction. This plate is an actual plate from the famous Masters Champions Dinner. Pictured below is a photo of the 1968 Champion's Dinner that shows this type of plate being used. The picture comes from page 34 of the 1973 book The Masters: Profile of a Tournament (The one with the fancy Green Jacket cover).

    Presented here is one of the most desirable of those rare Masters Tournament plates - the plate from Freddie Couples' historic win at the 1992 Masters. This is plate #2, and is in mint condition.
