1969 Masters Pairings Sheet

        As anyone who has attended the Masters knows, Augusta National provides each spectator with free pairings sheets letting everyone know what time each player is teeing off.  In fact, this practice was invented by Augusta National.  Presented here is a very early Masters Pairings Sheet - from the third round of the 1969 Masters Tournament, which was won by George Archer.  This pairings sheet is from Saturday, April 12, 1969.  Vintage Masters pairings sheets are rare for a basic reason - as you can imagine, not many of these simple pieces of paper were saved over the years.
