1999 Masters Error Bag Tag
Presented here is the infamous 1999 Masters Error bag tag. These bag tags were
sold at the 1999 Masters Tournament until an observant patron notified staff
that the bag tag incorrectly identified the 1948 Masters winner as Ben Hogan,
not Claude Harmon. Because of Augusta National's constant quest for perfection
and exactness, the remaining bag tags were removed and later destroyed.
