The 1999 PGA Championship provided golf fans with Tiger Woods out-dueling budding superstar Sergio Garcia at famed Medinah Country Club. Unfortunately, very few 1999 PGA Championship flags exist, making a complete run of Tiger-signed flags nearly impossible to obtain. Even unsigned examples routinely command over $3000.
