Offered here is a truly gorgeous set of circa 1930s woods from James Govan, the 1st head professional at famed Pine Valley Golf Club. Govan was essential Crump's construction foreman during the construction of Pine Valley, and then stayed on as head professional until his death in 1943. Since these woods are steel shafted, we can rather accurately date them to sometime between 1930 and 1943. Excellent condition. 2, 3, and 4 woods.
