1930 U.S. Open Ticket

(Bobby Jones Grand Slam)

Presented here is one of the rarest tickets in existence - an original Final Round ticket from Bobby Jones' Grand Slam. Needless to say, original tickets from Bobby Jones' Grand Slam victories in 1930 are virtually unheard of, as very few have ever been found.

This is an original Final Round ticket from the 1930 U.S. Open (though most golf tournaments currently conclude on Sunday, the 1930 U.S. Open and most tournaments during that time concluded with 36 holes on Saturday).

Bobby Jones captured the 3rd leg of his Grand Slam at the 1930 U.S. Open at Interlachen. He was the only player under par for the tournament - holding off the rest of the Top 10, which included such stars as Horton Smith, Harry Cooper, Tommy Armour, Johnny Farrell and Craig Wood.

This original ticket is in excellent condition. We would be surprised if there was a finer example in existence.
