1934 Masters Program
What
can be said about the 1934 Masters Program that hasn’t already been
said? It has solidified its place as the most iconic artifact from the
inaugural Masters Tournament or, quite possibly, any Masters Tournament. If there ever was a golf memorabilia Hall of Fame, this program would be a unanimous first ballot inductee.
It
is widely believed that approximately two dozen programs still exist
from the then-called Augusta National Invitation Tournament in 1934.
The
offered example is in excellent condition. It is clear, tight, with
just a minor scuff on the very bottom of the front cover. It is
certainly within the finer half or better of known copies.
