This impressive display celebrates Jack Nicklaus at the 1986 Masters Tournament. Included is an original oversize Brian Morgan photograph (16” x 24”) of Nicklaus' eagle putt on the 15th hole during Jack's Sunday back 9 charge. The photograph is autographed by Jack Nicklaus in black Sharpie, and by the photographer Morgan in pencil. Framed in a large shadowbox (29" x 39") with a MacGregor MI 615 Response (Z/T) Putter with a black MacGregor rubber grip. Engraved black plate with silver lettering, the plate is titled “The Grout” and explains in his own words what Jack Grout (1910 – 1989) thought of his contribution to Jack Nicklaus’ career as his lifelong instructor. Superb piece, as believe only 5 of these pieces were ever produced, with 4 of them given as awards for the overall winners of the Muirfield C.C., Member – Guest Tournament. Excellent condition.
