Offered here is one of the earliest US Amateur contestant's badges ever discovered - from Francis Ouimet's victory at the 1914 US Amateur. Ouimet was a rising amateur star when he shocked the world by winning the 1913 US Open. Ouimet showed that his victory was no fluke when the following year he won the tournament he always wanted to win - the US Amateur.
