Tiger Woods is not only perhaps the greatest golfer to ever walk to earth, he is also famously the most private. Getting quality pieces of memorabilia directly tied to Tiger has been a daunting, and frequently fruitless, task since we started our auction over 16 years ago.

Offered here is one of Tiger's personal red dot Scotty Cameron putters. This Newport II GSS putter was made for Tiger early in his career, circa 1999 to very early 2000s. 

Tiger Woods himself put this putter up for auction for charity at his 2005 Tiger Jam event, where it was purchased by our consignor's family. The putter was then put in a shadowbox frame where it has remained for the past 16+ years. Quite amazingly, the putter's face is affixed with Tiger Woods' own authenticity hologram. Also accompanying this piece is a VIP pass for Tiger Jam VIII in 2005, which in addition to the auction of this putter, included an evening with musical guests Stevie Wonder and the Counting Crows. 

This putter comes with a certificate of authenticity from Scotty Cameron, who describes it as "Made for Tiger Woods."
