Circa 1899 gelatine chloride photograph of Young Tom Morris’ locker. Photograph by Arthur Ullyett. This image depicts the contents of Young Tommy’s locker in 1899/1900 when it was opened for the first time in the 24 years since Tommy’s tragic death at age 25. Depicted inside are his famous clubs, as well as his coat. A truly historic photograph that was printed in the October 1899 issue of Golf Illustrated. PSA Type 1. LOA from PSA. 4 1/2” x 7 7/8”. Stamped twice by the photographer Ullyett on the reverse. Attached to a paper matting but both the front and back are visible.

This exceptionally rare photograph was previously owned by Tom Morris biographer Peter Crabtree, and was part of his legendary collection.
