When originally sold, this Walter Hagen "Own Model" sand wedge was a duplicate of the one Hagen was using at the time. The best part about this club is hickory golfers today have a hard time locating a good wood-shafted sand wedge with a decent flange that will actually work well out of sand.  The flange on this club makes it more than a decent player.  Another nice feature is the original 36" Danga wood shaft is a bit of a rarity.
