Offered here is a 2000's era, Scotty Cameron Catalina II Prototype with welded neck, black oxide finish, triple flangeline, and 3 milled "bombs" in the cavity.
Vog says: Scotty made a handful of these somewhere around 2000 for the old Tournament of Champions event at LaCosta. In that era, LaCosta was notorious for wet, slow greens. It was still the era that tour players would alter their putter based on the greens: slower greens translated into a heavier putter. Faster greens meant they put a lighter putter in their bag. I was at the PGA Show in Orlando, held in late January, the year Scotty made some of these for the tour. A few more were made for the collector market to capitalize on the demand.
