Offered here is a Scotty Cameron early Newport with rare welded neck in black oxide finish.
Says Vog: In the "old days," this likely would have been authenticated by the studio as made for the tour because of the welded neck. Scotty didn't weld long necks for the retail market. That said, the putter does not have a "T" stamp, which would have been the way Scotty marked a putter for the tour back in the day. Made for the tour? Made for a VIP? Either way, it's a legitimate, authenticated welded longneck - a rarity in itself.
Condition is used, a solid 8.5 out of 10, with red cord grip, Club Cameron member headcover, 35"
