Lot Description  

The back of this blade is stamped "W. Wilson, Maker, St. Andrews" and "P Paxton, Eastbourne" though some of the lettering is now quite faint. Willie Wilson was the maker and Peter Paxton was the retailer. Paxton was at Eastbourne between 1888 and 1893. Original 40 1/2" shaft and sheepskin grip. A very nice club.
