Offered here is a Scotty Cameron "S. Cameron" M3 GSS "Twisty" Gatorback.

Vog says: Wow, that's a mouthful. It's hard to describe a putter like this, because there's so much going on. The M3 is the name for this mallet design - a relatively compact mallet, approximately the size of the old Del Mar 3.5. It's a GSS head - the most coveted of materials Scotty has used to mill his putters - German Stainless Steel. It's a Twisty neck - something done by heating the neck and twisting the neck over and over again. Scotty started making Twisty necks almost 30 years ago to illustrate how soft the carbon steel was that he used on his early putters. He'd make them for VIP visitors to his studio; the Twisty then became one of those "must have" custom putters. Gatorback because Scotty slightly modified the M3 head, milling out a shallow "bed" on the flange for this Gator skin insert - dyed green. It's stamped S. Cameron on the sole; the S. Cameron stamping is worthy of a thousand word description, but here's the truncated version: often a putter stamped S. Cameron is something that Scotty put extra time in, shaping the head by hand, welding a neck, etc. In this case, the Twisty and the Gatorback is certainly worthy of this stamping. Oh, this is also stamped SCM on the face - that's an old school stamping which typically meant Scotty (or Scott) Cameron Made. All in, this putter would be the centerpiece of most collections.

Condition is new, 9.8+ out of 10, with two toned green and red leather "patchwork" grip, stainless steel shaftband with green paintfill which matches the green paint throughout. 34".
