Swan neck clubs, which have a bend in the middle of the neck that tilts the shaft back towards the golfer, are sometimes found in putters. But woods? Now, that's a rare bird! This JH Taylor driver has an exceeding long 6" neck that, indeed, at its midway point bends back towards the golfer. This bend allowed a shorter golfer to use a longer shaft as it effectively flattened the lie of the club. But if the golfer using this club did inot care about a flatter lie, then the neck simply gave this driver magical abilities!
"Cann & Taylor" is stamped on the crown along with "JH Taylor." The 43 1/2-inch shaft is possibly a reshaft. Replacement grip matches period. Exceedingly rare.
