Offered here are 3 original photographs of Melrose Country Club that come from the personal collection of celebrated golf course architect Perry Maxwell. Maxwell laid out Melrose Country Club (his only Philadelphia area course) in the late 1920s. These 3 photographs were discovered years ago in Maxwell's file cabinet in his old home - where he stored photographs from various golf courses he worked on.

2 of the photos are 5 1/2" x 3 1/2", and 1 is 5 x 3 1/8". One photo shows Hole 2 with entry road at left, and 2 photos show the Par 5 6th hole

Melrose Country Club is now a "Lost Links" course, as it sadly closed in 2024.
