Circa 1870 McEan long spoon. Original sheepskin grip and 43” shaft. Face depth 1 1/16”, 5 ¾“ length, 2” width. Lower portion of the face next to the horn has some damage but there is a nice hook to the face and the club still presents well.

There is a crack on the bottom of the head that has been repaired with a screw near the lead back weight. This a traditional repair made during the long nose era. The horn uses three screws and not wood pegs, which is different, likely done to help shore up the face. The originality of this club and overall distinctly graceful head shape are strong features of this club..
