Offered here is a 1998-1999 Scotty Cameron Catalina Two putter. Initials H.T. on the toe, "Q" stamped on the heel side of the face, in its original oil can finish.

Vog says: My memory has faded on this putter and a few others I saw almost 20 years ago, at a "putter party" at the PGA Show in Orlando. A collector walked in with a hard shell case full of putters, and this was one of them. There were 5 or 6 like this, all oil can models, all stamped H.T. on the toe and a Q on the heel. Yet the collector didn't know much about them. What did H.T. stand for? We speculated maybe "Heavy Tour?" But what did the Q stand for? If I recall correctly someone asked Scotty about them and I believe he told us they were made for now former tour player Harry Taylor (who started a wedge company) but he could not remember the significance of the Q. We sent this in for authentication on behalf of our consignor, but the COA does not provide any additional information.

Includes art of putting headcover, condition is 9.5 out of 10, very hard to find any of the original oil can putters with the finish in this condition.
