Offered here is a 2000 Scotty Cameron Newport Pro Platinum made for the Pete Sampras Classic golf tournament.

Vog says: From the "Deep South" classic, according to the documentation from his Cameron distributor at the time, this was made for former Atlanta Falcon QB Chris Chandler. Chandler was a good player, having played many years in the American Century Classic, the celebrity golf event, in Lake Tahoe. As an aside, I was at Scotty's studio in 2000 and saw these putters get some of the finishing touches! In doing some Internet searches, I hoped to find a list of all the players that attended that year with no luck.

Length is 35", grade is excellent near mint at 9+ out of 10, with cord grip, pro plat headcover. We will provide a copy of the letter from the former distributor to our consignor to the successful bidder.
