This is a scarce original circa 1931 photograph of Augusta National Golf Club during the course's construction. We were shocked to even know that this photograph exists, as aerial photography of golf course construction was no small task in 1931. Photograph by Hamilton Wright. 

This photograph is from the personal collection of Wendell P. Miller, who was the Chief Engineer and Construction Manager for the construction Augusta National's golf course. Accompanying this photograph is a letter of provenance from Wendell P. Miller's son, Wendell S. Miller.
