1976 U.S. Open Silver Runner-Up Medal

        Offered here is the original Silver Medal that was presented to Al Geiberger for his 2nd place finish at the 1976 U.S. Open, when he finished 2nd to Jerry Pate at Atlanta Athletic Club. The U.S. Open only issues 2 different medals each year - a gold medal for to that year's U.S. Open Champion, and a silver medal to the U.S. Open Runner-Up. This large medal measures 1 3/4" in diameter.
