Camel Cigarettes Stand-up Ad

        In this auction, we are pleased to bring you some of the finest pieces of golf advertisements in the world. This collection was painstakingly assembled by our consignor over the past 20+ years, and many of them represent the finest examples in the hobby.

        Offered here is a scare original cardboard stand-up advertisement of Gene Sarazen for Camel Cigarettes. This stand-up is believed to have been produced in 1935 or 1936. It's very large, and measures 25" x 36". Due to the delicate nature of these early die-cut cardboard standups, they are exceedingly rare to find in any condition. This piece has been shrink-wrapped with a styrofoam backing to protect this rare early advertising display.
