The background of this headcover is that it was left behind at Indian Wells Country Club in California. After some time sitting in lost & found, it was given to one of the prestigious club's members. Unfortunately, Indian Wells is one of the only golf courses in America where it is difficult to figure out which former President would've played there - because they all do. The Bushes, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama have all played golf at Indian Wells over the relevant time period. After reaching out to some Scotty Cameron experts, their best guess is that the headcover belonged to President Obama, and we have seen a photo of a strikingly similar headcover that Scotty Cameron produced for Obama.

But for right now, that is purely conjecture. All we know is that offered here is an incredibly rare Scotty Cameron headcover with the Seal of the President of the United States. Used condition, presumably by a former Commander in Chief, but still displays beautifully.
