Offered here is an early, Scotty Cameron "Scott" Cameron hand made with the SCM stamp on the back with cavity and circle site dot.
Vog says: Make sure you check out the face milling on this one. There was a period of time, probably 1991, when Scotty was trying some different looks to his face milling. Typically, when Scotty was using a cutting tool to mill the face, the diameter of the cut was wider than the face or equal to it. With this look, he used a smaller tool and made multiple passes across the face. I have three different Scott Cameron putters with this look in my collection. Based on the look and the stamping - I believe them all to be pre-Mizuno, early hand made putters, no later than 1991. This is, without a doubt, the most beautiful milling style I've ever seen Scotty use.
Condition is near mint, 9.5 out of 10, all original, with early non-Scott Cameron branded Lamkin leather wrap grip. Burgundy Scotty Cameron headcover with green lining, 34.5".
