Offered here is a 2010 Scotty Cameron (S. Cameron) Garage putter at 350 grams. SSS head. Chromatic bronze finish.
Vog says: As I've written on other auction items, any Scotty Cameron Garage putter is special because it represents Scotty being creative, and he made the putter personally. This is a Circa 62 style without a cavity or pocket-instead he carved out what's known as a "bullet" sole-these are also done by hand. It has a welded neck and a bead of weld across the back. The putter is finished in chromatic bronze, and stamped S. Cameron and handcrafted. Bonus "Made in U.S.A." stamped on the sole as well. Red tour dot in the face.
Collectors bonus: While I tend to favor keeping putters original if possible, I do believe this putter would look amazing if restored by the Cameron studio. They will (the last I know) restore the chromatic bronze finish. The milling coming out of the studio on restored putters is fairly close if not a little more pronounced than on this one.
Condition is 8.0 out of 10 with finish wear, aging and bag chatter-dings. Has exotic leather gip and chromatic bronze SSS shaft band. Length is 34"
Certificate of Authenticity from Scotty Cameron.
