1928 Churchman Famous Golfers (Large)

    While the 2nd series Churchman Famous Golfers (Large) set doesn't have as many stars as the previous year's set, the set does contain Old Tom Morris and one important characteristic - it's very rare.  According the PSA's Sports Market Report (June 2006 issue), this set "is much more difficult to locate today and may have been produced in significantly less quantities than the first series. These cards, when up for sale, typically sell for multiple times the 1st series counterparts."
