Ceramic 1987 Ryder Cup
Jack Nicklaus famously hosted the Ryder Cup on his own course, Muirfield
Village, in 1987. The ever-gracious host presented the U.S. team and
representatives with this impressive Ceramic Bisque Ryder Cup Trophy.
Approximately 20 of these amazing trophies were produced by Cybis USA - 2 of
which are now part of the World Golf Hall of Fame's collection. This particular
trophy comes from the estate of former PGA President Warren Orlick. It is the
only-known Ceramic 1987 Ryder Cup Trophy that has ever been offered publicly for
sale.
This impressive trophy is large - 15 inches tall and over 8 inches wide at its
widest point.
