Tom Morris Long Nose Play Club
Few items of golf memorabilia can truly be described as the definitive piece of
an era, or even the entire history of the game.
This is one of those items.
Offered here is a longnose play club created by the grandfather of golf, Old Tom Morris. This club dates to approximately the 1870's. It was likely made during Morris' first few years after returning to St. Andrews from his Prestwick hiatus.
This impressive longnose play club is in very good condition, and was professionally repaired at some point. The stamp of its famous maker, "T. Morris" and stands out well against the backdrop of the blonde head of this historic golf club.
