        In this auction, we have the extreme pleasure of offering virtually the entire collection of "Mr. 59" Al Geiberger. Ryan and Bob recently flew out to Palm Springs to shoot Mr. Geiberger and his collection for the Pilot episode of a new reality TV show based on Green Jacket Auctions. While we were there, Al Geiberger decided that rather than continuing to keep his collection packed away in a California storage facility, he felt that it was his duty to share his memorabilia with the world. Nothing was off limits to Green Jacket Auctions. We came home with some of the most historic pieces of golf memorabilia that we have ever offered, including Al Geiberger's Wannamaker Trophy and his actual golf clubs from the 59 Round. Masters Par 3 Contest Closest to the Pin Award

        Ask any collector about "Masters Crystal" and their eyes will likely light up. The Masters Tournament famously awards crystal for various accomplishments during the tournament each year. What many collectors do not realize is that Augusta National also awards prizes during the famous Wednesday Par 3 Contest.

        Offered here is a gorgeous Crystal Masters Tournament pitcher, which was awarded to Al Geiberger for being Closest to the Pin at a Masters Tournament Par 3 Contest in the 1960's or 70s. More research will need to be done to determine the exact date, as Mr. Geiberger does not recall. This impressive pitcher is approximately 5 1/2" tall, and comes with a letter of authenticity from Al Geiberger himself.
