Offered here is a circa 1885 J. Lambert 44" play club with its original sheep skin grip. The entire head is in clean original condition. Head length is 5 1/2", 1 7/8 width, 1 1/16" face depth.
Not all clubmakers are well known. Little is known about John Lambert who worked at Musselburgh from 1883 to 1886, but at least one club of his remains. Looking for a rare name on a long nose club. one that you might not have? Has Golden Age got a club for you!
